CZ-MX is a gantry 6-axis robotic welding station built for heavy, large workpieces — dual worktables, electric rails, gantry frame and 6-axis robots. Multiple seam-tracking systems remove the need for precise positioning or custom fixtures: just place the part and the robot adapts its posture to reach the seam, cutting setup labor.

CZ-MX is a gantry 6-axis robotic welding station, composed of dual worktables, electric rails, a gantry frame and 6-axis robots for heavy large workpieces.
Equipped with multiple seam tracking systems, it requires no precise positioning or custom fixtures. Simply place workpieces on the tables, and the robot adjusts its posture to reach weld seams, cutting positioning labor time.
Automatic seam tracking offsets cutting tolerance, placement offset and welding deformation, adaptively correcting paths for consistent weld formation.
