HUAYAN WELD AUTOMATION CO., LTD is a Chinese manufacturer of automatic welding and cladding machines, founded in 2006. We design and build CNC welders, girth welders, positioners, laser/plasma/hot-wire TIG cladding systems and robotic welding cells for the valve, pressure-vessel, auto-parts, shipbuilding, chemical and mining industries.

What types of welding machines does HUAYAN make?

We make multi-axis CNC automatic welders (BWG series), girth welders (LS/WS vertical/horizontal headstock), universal positioners (BW), custom welding & cladding lines (CZ series: laser cladding, plasma cladding, hot-wire TIG, pipe-inner cladding, saddle welding, robotic workstation), robotic welding collaboration systems, molten-pool monitoring systems (LF) and water-cooled plasma welding power sources (DLZ-400).

Which industries use HUAYAN welding equipment?

Our machines serve valve & valve-components, pressure vessels, tanks and shipbuilding, auto & motorcycle parts, chemical, mining & drilling, heat exchangers, hardware/sanitary ware, nuclear-power components and plastic machinery. We are especially strong in valve hardfacing (seat, gate, disc, body cladding).

What welding processes are supported?

TIG/GTAW, MIG/MAG/GMAW, Plasma/PAW, Laser/LBW, SAW, and cladding/hardfacing (PTA plasma transfer arc, laser cladding, hot-wire TIG). We cover carbon steel, stainless steels, nickel alloys, cobalt alloys (Stellite), tungsten/carbide and aluminum bronze.

Do you provide cladding and hardfacing for valves?

Yes. Valve hardfacing is one of our two core divisions. We supply dedicated machines for valve seat/disc/gate/body cladding using Stellite, 507, 507Mo, 304, 310, 625 and copper alloys, via TIG wire-feed, MIG, plasma powder and laser cladding. Models include BWG-5000D-1 (three-eccentric butterfly valve, DN100-DN2000), QFB-300 (gate/globe valve, DN50-DN200) and CZ-PAW/CZ-LASER systems.

Is HUAYAN a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer, not a reseller. We hold ISO 9001:2015, National High-Tech Enterprise (China Torch Program) certification, 9 utility-model patents and 3 software copyrights, with an in-house mechanical + software + welding R&D team and a 5,000+ m² plant in Rui'an, Zhejiang, China.

Do your machines require skilled welders to operate?

No. Our controllers embed a factory welding database with pre-verified parameters, so ordinary operators can produce high-quality welds by selecting a workpiece and pressing start. Many systems are "free-programming" (AI auto-generates the program from diameter/width inputs) and support 4G remote service, training and troubleshooting.

What are your certifications and export experience?

ISO 9001:2015, National High-Tech Enterprise, 9 CNIPA utility-model patents and 3 software copyrights. Products are exported to 30+ countries and have served 2,000+ customers, including CSSC, CIMC, Yuanda Valve, Neway, DunAn, Delixi and CHNT.

Can you build custom welding lines?

Yes. The CZ series and CZJ large/custom machines are tailor-made: laser cladding, plasma cladding, hot-wire TIG, pipe-inner cladding, saddle welders, robotic workstations, gantry seam welders, narrow-gap SAW and double-station pipe welding stations, each engineered to the customer's workpiece, material and throughput.

作为我司核心主力产品之一，BWG 系列采用模块化设计理念，实现机体通用化，整体架构紧凑精巧。安装适应性强，便于场地布局规划。本系列配置选项丰富，可通过增删配置适配不同产品的焊接需求，实现多种功能。

配置选项：变位机的主动轴方向、轴数、尺寸与载重；操作机的安装方式（前置/中置/后置）、尺寸与主动轴；焊枪类型、送丝机构、焊接电源与卡盘工装。此外，核心程序可定制优化，也可加配多轴机器人替代操作机。
