The BWG series adopts modular construction for flexible configuration, supporting TIG, MIG/MAG, Plasma (PAW) and Laser welding processes. It handles workpiece outer diameters from Φ10 up to Φ400 mm (customisable), with minimum weldable wall thickness down to 0.2 mm. Equipped with a 10‑inch TFT touch‑screen HMI and XPLC multi‑axis motion controller, the system supports up to 12‑axis linkage and stores maximum 100 sets of welding process recipes. Built‑in IoT capability enables remote diagnosis, software upgrade and data interconnection with MES / ERP systems for smart‑factory integration.
Well‑suited for fabricating pressure vessels, heat exchangers, sanitary piping, valve components and stainless‑steel process equipment widely used in bio‑fermentation and biopharma industries, BWG equipment delivers consistent weld quality, reduces human‑caused errors and lowers reject rates. Aluminium‑integrated modules achieve positioning repeat accuracy up to 0.04 mm, ensuring stable high‑precision welding for stainless steel, nickel‑base alloys, aluminium bronze and other corrosion‑resistant materials frequently required by bioprocess facilities.
