Overview
The LS Series is a high-efficiency automatic welding machine specifically designed for circular workpieces. It is widely used in the manufacture of pipes, discs and flanges such as hydraulic cylinders, automotive steering frames, drive shafts and storage tanks.
Built around a rigid vertical headstock, the servo-driven chuck holds the workpiece and rotates at stepless, constant speed — keeping the weld pool stable for a uniform circumferential bead. The torch is carried by a fixed or moveable column manipulator with X/Z travel and 3D micro-adjustment, while optional oscillators, seam laser trackers and welding pool cameras further improve consistency.
One platform covers TIG / MIG / MAG / PAW (plasma) / Laser processes and adapts to different workpiece lengths and weights via optional headstock, head & tailstock or dual-headstock configurations.
