BW Universal Positioner (50 / 100 / 300 KG)
BW Series is an economic universal positioner built for automating small and medium-sized circular workpiece processing. An all-steel structure and dedicated step-motor drive balance performance with cost control, while the microcomputer CNC controller stores 20 welding programs for fast changeover.
Overview
BW Series universal welding positioner is an economic, single-axis solution developed for the automation of small and medium-sized circular workpieces. Built with an all-steel structure for high strength and durability, it is driven by a dedicated stepping motor at 0.01–15 rpm with manual 0–90° tilt, balancing performance and cost control.
Despite its economical positioning, the BW does not compromise on core performance. Its dedicated microcomputer CNC welding controller supports storing 20 sets of welding data — eliminating repeated parameter setup when switching workpieces — and comes with standard overcurrent and overvoltage protection. For simple workpieces, certain BW models can match the automation level of our high-end BWG series.
The BW positioner pairs seamlessly with TIG, MIG/MAG, plasma and laser welding, as well as our BWG and CZ custom lines, making it a flexible core module for valve, pressure-vessel, auto-parts and hardware welding cells.
