The CZ-VESL is developed for pressure vessel manufacturing. Integrating a side beam gantry and cross manipulator. single machine is capable of automated longitudinal and circumferential seam welding for shells. One-Sided Welding Double-Sided Forming.
Standard machine configurations consist of: side beam welding manipulator, back gas shield manipulator, adjustable turning roller bed, AVC, oscillator, welding torch, wire feeder bracket, welding visual monitoring system, torch cooling system, PLC and touch screen HMI.
