Overview
The DLZ-400 Water Cooling Plasma Welding System is a highly integrated, turnkey plasma welding solution for hard-facing, overlay and precision welding. It combines the main power source, centralized PLC control and water-circulation cooling into one compact unit, delivering stable, repeatable weld quality with simpler operation and maintenance.
Equipped with automatic powder feeding and a die-casting high-capacity plasma torch, the DLZ-400 handles heavy-duty overlay tasks with excellent arc concentration and deposition efficiency. Its intelligent control platform supports 4G remote IoT, remote troubleshooting and off-site parameter configuration — ideal for valve, petrochemical, heat-exchanger and boiler hard-facing applications.
