CZ Series Custom Welding & Cladding Production Lines
The CZ Series is a family of tailor-made welding and cladding production lines — fiber laser cladding, plasma cladding, hot-wire TIG, pipe-inner cladding, saddle welding, robot workstation and gantry seam welding — each engineered to the customer’s workpiece, material and throughput.
Overview
The CZ Series covers Huayan’s customized welding and cladding equipment, built around real production pain points rather than fixed models. Each line is engineered to the customer’s workpiece geometry, material and output target.
The family includes seven proven sub-systems:
- CZ-LASER — fiber laser high-speed cladding with wire/powder, dense metallurgical coating and minimal heat-affected zone.
- CZ-PAW — plasma cladding for large triple-eccentric valves; handles rotary Ø6 m, load 5 T.
- CZ-HTIG — hot-wire TIG cladding, high deposition at lower equipment/consumable cost.
- CZ-IN — pipe-inner cladding & socket welding (φ46–φ800 mm, length up to 2400 mm).
- CZ-MA — saddle/intersection-line welder, multi-axis servo with ~100% first-time NDT pass.
- CZ-MX — gantry 6-axis robot workstation for heavy, large workpieces.
- CZ-VESL — gantry longitudinal & circumferential seam welding with one-sided welding, double-sided forming.
All lines share the Huayan smart control platform: built-in welding process data package, multiple seam-tracking systems, vision sensing and optional 4G remote service, enabling consistent, operator-independent results.
