LF Molten Pool Monitoring System
The LF Series molten pool monitoring system uses high-dynamic spectral cameras to deliver full-process visualization of the arc, molten pool and weld bead in real time — replacing blind manual observation under heat and glare, with recording, playback and up to 32-channel monitoring.
Overview
The LF Series arc and molten pool monitoring system adopts high-dynamic spectral camera imaging to enable full-process online monitoring of arcs, molten pools and weld beads. It captures arc status, molten-pool morphology and torch-to-weld relative position in real time, with clear visualization through a digital decoding display system.
It overcomes harsh-environment limits — replacing difficult manual observation under high temperature and strong glare with clear visual feedback and eliminating blind operation. It adapts to special scenarios such as internal pipeline welding and large workpieces, and simplifies quality traceability via recording/playback. A single-channel crosshair provides real-time positioning assistance to control torch-weld deviation.
Compatible with all open-arc welding processes (MIG/MAG, TIG, plasma, laser, electron beam), it supports up to 32 channels on one screen and long-distance transmission — 50 m via coaxial cable or 20 km via fiber-optic box — fitting any plant layout.
