4850 Gate & Globe Valve CNC Automatic Welding Machine
The 4850 Series CNC automatic welding & cladding machine is purpose-built for gate and globe valves. 3-axis / 4-axis CNC control with an optional enclosed safety guard handles valve body, gate plate, seat ring, bonnet and disc hardfacing with repeatable quality.
Overview
The 4850 Series is a CNC automatic welding and hardfacing machine dedicated to gate valves and globe valves. It covers 3-axis and 4-axis configurations, including enclosed (safety-guard) types for arc-light and fume protection.
Designed for wear-resistant overlay of valve parts, it handles gate valve bodies, gate plates, valve seat rings, globe valve bodies, regulating valve discs and bonnets. The touchscreen HMI plus multi-axis motion controller stores welding programs — 7 sets on the basic version and 20 sets on the smart version — so operators achieve consistent hardfacing without expert skills.
One platform supports TIG, TIG+wire, MIG/MAG, Laser and Plasma-PTA, with selectable cladding materials including 507, 507Mo, 304, 301, aluminum bronze and 625. Clamping ranges span Φ10–Φ380 / Φ10–Φ520 / Φ10–Φ600 to fit small to large valve bodies.
